A Walk Around Ridgefield

These paintings show scenes around Ridgefield, Washington, where I live. Ridgefield is a "Mayberry" type town, with a compact downtown that includes a couple of restaurants, coffee shop, antique store, gift shops, art gallery and art store, car repair shop, library, police and fire departments, and pub.

Old barns fascinate me. It's sad to see them falling into disrepair as the areas around them turn from rural to urban. I have tried to preserve them with my paintings.

Having lived in Seattle for many years and being a former kayaker, we were around water a lot. Some of these paintings are from kayak trips, some from other places we have visited. More 'water' paintings are in the archived area.

VOLVO Note cards

I am now offering a collection of note cards featuring line art drawings of historic Volvos.
Current collection has four titles: Sport, PV444DS, PV544, and XC90. A short history of the model is included on the back of the card.
The cards are 4 1/4' x 5 1/2" and come in packs of five for $15 or ten for $25. Inside is plain.
